Job Title: Sales Manager – Electrical Equipment Factory

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reporting To: General Manager / CEO

Location: Dammam

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the sales team in promoting and selling the factory’s electrical equipment products (e.g., transformers, switchgear, panels, cables, generators, etc.). The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding the customer base, building strategic relationships, and developing long-term growth strategies in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Set annual sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and supervise the sales team.
• Assign territories, set targets, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Conduct regular analysis of pricing, product positioning, and competitor offerings.
• Product Knowledge & Promotion:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of factory-manufactured products (e.g., LV/MV equipment, control panels, etc.).
• Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
• Reporting & Coordination:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
• Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Engineering background preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales in the electrical manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical equipment and industrial applications.
• Proven experience managing a sales team and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Skills:
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Technical knowledge of electrical products (LV, MV equipment, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficient in CRM and sales reporting tools.
