Role Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector, specifically in hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses, and hydraulic systems (cylinders and pumps).
Key Responsibilities
— Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
— Manage and expand a portfolio of industrial and hydraulic sector clients
— Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to drive high performance
— Identify new business opportunities and market trends
— Coordinate with the technical and service teams to deliver value-added solutions
— Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
— Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
— Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
— 6+ years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the hydraulic or industrial sector
— Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
— Strong leadership and team management skills
— Deep knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fluid connectors, hydraulic cylinders, and pumps
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
— Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
— Valid Saudi driving license
