Sales Manager (Transportation Company)
Sales & Business Development Specialist:
• Identify and target new business opportunities in need of trucking and freight logistics services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and partners.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management Specialist:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Provide post-sales support and address client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain a customer database (CRM) and track communications, feedback, and opportunities.
Reporting & Strategy Specialist:
• Monitor sales KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Forecast future sales and create budgets aligned with company objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the logistics/trucking industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, freight, and transportation services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driving license & Iqama.
