Sales Operations Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Female Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team and drive operational efficiency. This role involves managing sales tools and processes, maintaining accurate CRM data, generating reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and other departments. The ideal candidate will bring structure, clarity, and insight to the sales function while enabling the team to meet its growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and streamline sales processes, tools, and documentation.
Maintain CRM systems, ensuring accuracy of data related to leads, opportunities, and pipelines.
Generate sales reports and dashboards to support forecasting and performance tracking.
Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, pricing, and administrative tasks.
Support outreach efforts including email campaigns and cold calling logistics.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
Improve efficiency and consistency across sales-related activities and workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or similar roles.
Strong communication skills.
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Must be a female
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the IT sector.
Knowledge of lead generation and cold outreach processes.
