Sales Execution: Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to new and existing customers.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Lead Generation: Identifying prospects and conducting cold calls or emails to generate new business.
Market Analysis: Conducting research on market trends and competitors to improve strategies.
Product Expertise: Developing in-depth knowledge of offerings to clearly explain features and benefits.
Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
Collaboration: Working with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies, set targets, and, in some cases, train new hires. .

Must have experience in Manpower/supplier/outsourcing company.
Must have min 1 yrs of exp.
