SCAFFOLDING GENERAL FOREMAN

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Scaffolding General Foreman for our offshore operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring safety, access, and operational efficiency across construction and maintenance projects in a challenging offshore environment.

🔧 Position: Scaffolding General Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate multiple scaffolding teams across offshore construction and maintenance activities.

Ensure safe erection, inspection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.

Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and industry regulations.

Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Supervise daily scaffolding operations, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper reporting and documentation of site activities.

✅ Requirements:

.Minimum 10 years of scaffolding experience with proven leadership in Oil & Gas or a similar heavy industry.

.Strong knowledge of offshore safety standards and scaffolding regulations.

.Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

.Excellent hand-eye coordination and technical understanding.

.Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and scaffolding plans.

.Good verbal and written communication skills.

.Must hold a valid CISRS Supervisor Certificate.

.Offshore certifications (e.g. BOSIET, H2S) are an advantage.

👷‍♂️ Team Management Scope:

.Supervision of 2 to 4 Scaffolding Foremen

.Oversight of up to 140 Scaffolders
