Secretary - Arabic Native
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Secretary to be the right hand to our CEO. You will be a crucial pillar in the executive office, ensuring the CEO’s schedule, communications, and administrative tasks are managed seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be a master of organization, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Meeting & Document Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and compile documents for executive meetings and board presentations.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, often with last-minute changes.
Liaison & Representation: Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external partners, and clients.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and judgment.
Office Management: Provide general administrative support to the executive office, including filing, record-keeping, and supply management.
