Senior Piping Designer

Piping Designer, Experience in Pipeline and water treatment plant, Must be aware of hydraulic calculations, steady-state and surge analysis, and stress analysis

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering design, with a focus on water treatment or water infrastructure projects.
Experience with piping, pipelines and mechanical equipment in water treatment or sewage treatment plants is preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in the design, selection, and optimization of piping systems, including valves, piping, pipeline and mechanical equipment.
Can perform hydraullic calculations, steady state and surge analysis, can fully aware of piping design of water treatment plant
Familiar with water treatment processes such as reverse osmosis, filtration, pretreatment and post treatment and chemical dosing systems, and distribution system of pipeline.
Ability to perform mechanical design calculations and create detailed technical specifications.
Experience with 3D modeling and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.), as well as mechanical design tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and provide effective solutions.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of Chinese/Arabic/Spanish is a plus.
In charge of:
Responsible for the mechanical design of water treatment and sewage treatment systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
Develop and review mechanical system specifications, drawings, and design calculations.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure mechanical systems integrate seamlessly with other disciplines.
Oversee the procurement of mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of water treatment projects.
Monitor and ensure that mechanical systems operate efficiently and effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and under pressure; detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
Other:
Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia and travel for overseas projects, particularly in the Middle East or Asia-Pacific regions.
