Senior Revit Modeler – Building Project, Madinah, KSA)

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed Revit models for buildings, including architecture, structure, and MEP elements.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and clash-free models.

Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction details from Revit models.

Implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project BIM standards.

Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings with design and site teams.

Support design changes and revisions during project execution.

Ensure model accuracy, quality control, and version management.

Provide guidance and mentoring to junior modelers/draftsmen.

Collaborate closely with the Planning and Engineering teams to align design with project schedules and execution requirements.
