We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead the operations of a newly launched luxury spa located within a prestigious hotel. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards
• Manage and train spa staff, including therapists and reception team
• Monitor inventory, budgets, and performance metrics
• Develop innovative wellness offerings and seasonal promotions
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate with hotel management for seamless guest experiences

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spa or hospitality management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Experience in luxury or hotel spa environments preferred
