Looking for talented Store Supervisor (Female) to join our team in UAE.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Supervisor located in Sharjah. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the store, manage the sales team, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and meet sales goals. Responsibilities include coaching and training staff, analyzing sales trends, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining store visual standards.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills to assess sales data and identify trends
Team Management and Training skills to lead and develop team members
Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and effective interaction
Relevant experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
