Job Purpose:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and managing the procurement strategy, sourcing and purchasing high-quality materials, equipment, and services in a cost-effective and timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and project timelines.
• Manage the procurement lifecycle from requisition to delivery, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and services are purchased at the best value while meeting quality and technical specifications.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in coordination with legal and technical teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or price.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, finance, and logistics teams to forecast needs and align procurement activities.
• Analyze market trends to anticipate risks and opportunities in pricing and availability.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation for auditing and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, contract law, and negotiation strategies.
• Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Familiarity with procurement in [industry—e.g., construction, electrical equipment, oil & gas].
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
