Team Leader / Supervisor - Coffee Shop And International Ministore
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for managing all the Fresh & FMCG sections in the small store (Mini markets) to achieve the sales target of these sections & coffee Shop.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manages all the existing fresh & FMCG sections in the store and responsible to achieve the required sales target
2. Assists the crew to perform their daily & weekly tasks
3. Participate in Store Management meetings.
4. Temperature checks of chillers and freezers to be done as per the company guidelines
5. Ensure all processes of food storage are followed as per rules in the SOP’s
6. Maintain tidy and clean workplace throughout the day.
7. Follow the principles of FIFO and FEFO
8. Asist to resolve any issue from Govt related or Municipality.
9. Ensure new staff is trained in-store.
10. Report any pest issues / maintenance issues to the direct manager
11. Ensure a high level of personal hygiene and good hygiene habits at all times and wear a clean uniform daily.
12. Ensure all records related to Basic Food Hygiene in the store are filled up in real time, report any issues may experience.
13. Ensure all RTV’s are prepared on time.
14. Co-ordinate with DC/CB for any delivery issue.
16. Applying the company policies and work for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations.
17. Performing any other task assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Education :High school (preferably bachelor’s degree)
Computer Skills :Good in MS office & Internet browsing
Languages : English, Arabic
Ideal experience :3 years’ experience in similar position in reputable retail company (Retail / Coffee Shop)
– 3 years’ experience in reputable company in KSA
