Telecom Civil Site Supervisor Required..

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Civil Site Supervisor for tower erection works to join our team for long-term Huawei projects Kingdom wide.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Telecom Civil Site Supervisor for Huawei Projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in telecom tower civil works.
• Ability to lead and supervise site teams efficiently and read the drawings.
• Good understanding of Huawei safety standards and quality requirements.
• Must be excellent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Able to read and execute the drawings.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate civil construction teams at Huawei telecom tower sites.
• Ensure all assigned works are executed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Ensure project requirements are completed on time and according to quality standards.
• Manage full scope of civil works at tower sites, including: Excavation activities , Steel reinforcement fixing , Form work and concrete pouring , Foundation works for telecom towers.
• Ensure all structural requirements for tower erection are properly executed.
• Supervise carpentry works related to shuttering, form work, and site needs.
• Coordinate daily site activities, including manpower, tools, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and client requirements.
