Telesales Executive – IT Services & Products
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and arranging meetings for our business development team. You’ll play a key part in helping us grow our customer base and expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT products and services
Qualify leads and understand client needs to identify sales opportunities
Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and prospect information
Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking on the phone
Basic understanding of IT products and services (training will be provided)
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
