Urgent Requirements
Tender Engineer – Civil (4+ years in tendering, estimation, and quantity surveying)
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze civil drawings and project specifications
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
Draft technical and commercial proposals for tenders
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify tender queries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel
Previous experience in government and private sector tenders
Tender Engineer – Mechanical ( 4+ years in mechanical tendering and estimation)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare mechanical project estimations for HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing
Review tender documents and identify scope of work
Develop pricing structures and technical documentation
Liaise with procurement and project teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in construction
Experience with estimation software and AutoCAD
Tender Engineer – Architecture (4+ years in architectural design and tendering)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review architectural BOQs and specs
Coordinate architectural submissions for tendering
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Provide material and quantity take-offs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Architecture
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
Experience in both public and private sector projects
Location – Eastern Region
Duration – Long term
Payment – 30 Days After Timesheet
