A reputable safety training and consultancy company in Riyadh is seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Trainer with a strong background in Working at Height and Rescue Operations, specifically in telecom tower environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions on:

Working at Height (WAH)

Fall Protection Systems

Rescue Techniques on Telecom Towers

Conduct competency assessments and prepare training reports.

Ensure training complies with international safety standards.

Demonstrate rescue scenarios and supervise practical exercises.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in telecom tower climbing and rescue.

Recognized certification in Working at Height & Rescue (GWO, IRATA, or equivalent).

Excellent training delivery and communication skills (English essential, Arabic is a plus).

Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Ability to travel for site-based trainings if required.

Preferred:

NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH certified

Previous experience delivering third-party certified training
