Position Overview:
As an Elevator Technician/Troubleshooter, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving elevator issues efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for performing in-depth troubleshooting of elevator systems, identifying mechanical and electrical problems, and executing repairs to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot elevator systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.
* Perform timely and accurate repairs on all types of elevator equipment.
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the functionality and safety of all elevator systems.
* Inspect elevators regularly to identify potential issues before they become problems.
* Provide recommendations for necessary upgrades, replacements, or improvements.
* Maintain detailed service reports for each job performed.
* Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly with clients and offering solutions to their elevator-related concerns.
Qualifications:
* Graduate/Diploma Holders with minimum 7 years of working experience in Elevator industry.
* Proven experience in elevator troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
* Strong knowledge of elevator systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, etc.).
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills (English/Arabic) and the ability to work well with clients and teammates.
* Relevant certifications and licenses preferred (e.g., Elevator Mechanic License, Electrical certifications).
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations.
