Trainer – Home Appliance Technical Support Engineer

We are hiring a Technical Trainer specializing in home appliance repairs to lead service quality and training programs.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

– Manage repair quality KPIs and resolve home appliance claims.
– Train technicians, call center agents, and installers on repair and installation processes.
– Conduct new product introduction and technical training for home appliances.
– Oversee service operations, RMA processes, and release technical bulletins.
– Support tool management and quality control activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience in home appliance technical support and training.
Strong knowledge of repair processes and service operations.
