The Turkish Kebab and Shawarma Maker will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking a variety of kebabs and shawarma dishes using traditional Turkish techniques. This role requires expertise in handling, marinating, and grilling meats to perfection, ensuring every dish meets our high standards for taste and presentation.
Proven experience as a Turkish Chef, Kebab Maker, or Shawarma Maker, preferably with at least 3 years in a similar role.
Expertise in authentic Turkish cuisine and traditional cooking techniques.
Strong knowledge of meat preparation, including butchery, seasoning, and grilling.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
