Urgent Hiring-Workshop Supervisor, With Equipments And Maintenance Background

Key Responsibilities

 receives work order from the administrator
 assign a mechanic based on their expertise
 follow up on vehicles repair if it’s meeting with the
estimated repair time
 Approves mechanics diagnosis plan
Approves spare parts replacement
Communicate with the storekeeper for parts availability
and ordering
ensure that staff members are up to date with technical
skills to do their job, assist mechanics if needed
 test drives vehicles to verify complaints and repair is
completed
 Provide efficient and effective day-to-day management
of services being performed on the workshop according
to the daily plan
ensure the Workshop area is kept safe, clean and tidy at
all times
 communicate with the workshop manager for any new
enquiries
submit the daily workshop report including vehicle
