Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor paper coffee filter machines efficiently
Set up machines for production, including paper rolls, dies, and other components
Ensure accurate cutting, folding, and shaping of paper filters
Inspect finished products for quality and defects
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults
Maintain production records and logs
Follow safety, hygiene, and quality control standards

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in paper production or machine operation (preferred)
Basic mechanical knowledge of production machinery
Attention to detail and quality-oriented
Ability to work in shifts and under production targets
Good communication and teamwork skills
