Urgent Required Mechanical / Industrial Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia
Industry: Rubber / Polymer Manufacturing Industrial Plant Projects
We are urgently seeking an experienced Mechanical or Industrial Engineer to lead and support installation, alignment, commissioning, and material coordination activities for a rubber gasket manufacturing plant, involving heavy process machinery and auxiliary systems.
Key Responsibilities
Plant & Machinery Installation
• Supervise installation of mixers (IM 320E), mills, extruders, gearboxes, main drives, roller dies, and related mechanical equipment
• Ensure correct alignment, leveling, grouting, and mechanical integrity of all machinery
• Coordinate installation of hydraulic units, lubrication systems, hoppers, silos, conveyors, noise protection hoods, and structural supports
• Support pre-commissioning, dry runs, commissioning, and final handover activities
Piping & Utilities
• Supervise erection of hydraulic, lubrication, and process piping in accordance with DIN standards (hoses, valves, fittings)
• Coordinate installation of temperature control units, hydraulic power units, pumps, and auxiliary utilities
Material Procurement & Coordination
• Prepare and review Material Take-Offs (MTOs) for mechanical, piping, and auxiliary systems
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials
• Verify incoming materials against technical specifications, drawings, and packing lists
Project Management (PMP-Based)
• Plan and control installation activities in line with scope, schedule, risk, quality, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, civil, and vendor teams
• Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and support project close-out documentation
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in industrial plant machinery installation
• Strong exposure to rubber, polymer, or process manufacturing plants
• Practical experience with mixers, mills, extruders, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, silos, and conveyors
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia industrial site practices and HSE standards
