Diploma IT/Power/Electronics
Preferably Muslim candidates as most of the project site will be in Makkah.

Key Responsibilities
1. Installation & Configuration
& Tower Work
• Install and align antennas, RRUs, BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, gNodeB, MW links dishes, and associated hardware.
• Perform feeder cable routing, cable dressing, cabling, grounding, power connections, and RF/antenna installation and weatherproofing.
• Execute basic configuration and assist engineers during integration and commissioning.
• Assist in equipment hoisting and mounting at heights.
• Execute grounding and earthing work as per standards.

2. Support for RAN Commissioning & TX/MW alignment .
• Assist engineers during BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, and gNodeB integration.
• Provide support for RF testing, VSWR, and PIM measurements.
• Ensure proper labelling and documentation of installed components.
• Work on equipment from various vendors as per installation guidelines.
• Follow specific installation procedures for Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, etc.
• Conduct MW TX alignment .

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom systems.
• Identify and resolve equipment faults in coordination with engineers.
• Replace faulty components, cables, or modules to restore service.
• Work with Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, or other vendor-specific equipment.
• Follow vendor guidelines and installation standards.
• Assist in testing and quality checks for different vendor systems.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance
• Perform RF tests (VSWR, PIM) and fiber testing (OTDR, power meter).
• Verify site readiness before handover to engineers for integration.
• Ensure installation meets quality and customer standards.
