Supports cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract administration for precast housing projects. Works under the supervision of senior QS and project managers to ensure cost control and documentation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates for precast components and site works.
– Support tender documentation and bid evaluations.
– Track material quantities and site consumption.
– Maintain records of subcontractor payments and progress valuations.
– Coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification.
– Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law documentation and procurement protocols.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Mgmt.
– 1–3 years in construction or precast projects
– MS Excel, AutoCAD, basic knowledge of ERP or QS software
– English required; Urdu/Bangla/Arabic is a plus for site coordination
– RICS/CIOB student membership or equivalent
– Detail-oriented, eager to learn, good documentation habits
