Graduation/Scholarship
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Maintenance & Utilities in Food /FMCG industry.
Languages
• English: Business proficiency
Specific Knowledge and Skills
• Experience of Asset Management of Equipment in Food / FMCG Industry.
• Knowledge of Reliability Standards, Concepts and Methods.
• Knowledge of SAP in PM module is must.
• Good English communication skills
• Basic Knowledge on food technology & food safety
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a Multicultural Team.
RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
1. Performance of utilities routines defined by the business needs (water records, wastewater sample collection, energy records, SEO digital, environmental records as needed).
2. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
3. Update logs, service reports, and compliance documentation.
4. Ensure the proper waste segregation and report the non-compliance.
5. Maintain the utilities equipment in a good level of reliability and condition.
6. Adhere to audit standards.
7. Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures. (HSE)
8. Treat the utilities and environment non-conformities.
9. Review the operational standards for utilities.
10. Perform the preventive maintenance of the utility machineries including ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC system, freon DX units, compressed air system, water supply system, hot water system, cold water system, wastewater and drainage system.
11. Maintain 5S standard in utilities area
12. Participate in general maintenance activities whenever required.
13. Contact the suppliers and vendors for spare parts and services as required.
14. Diagnose issues in utility systems and perform corrective actions.
15. Respond to service calls and emergencies (leaks, outages, equipment failures and stoppages). Be familiar with emergency procedures.
16. Interact with production and other dpt. to explain service issues or outages.
17. Coordinate with other departments and contractors as needed.
18. Chemicals handling.
19. Provide trainings and guidance for other employees from Utilities & Maintenance teams.
20. Responsible for continues improvements on his area.
