Package Details:
– Total Salary (2,850 SAR/ month)
– Contract Period: Two (2) years.
– Vacation: (21) days/ year.
– Medical Insurance: Provided by the company.
– Bonus: Yearly bonus based on performance.
Applicants’ Requirements:
-Health: Fit and capable of performing duties assigned.
-Preferred Age: 25-35 years old.
-Status: For Saudis (Valid ID), For Non-Saudis (Valid Transferable Iqama)
-Required Languages: English (good in reading, speaking and writing).
-Preferred Experience: Experience in Secretary/ coordinator roles.
-Preferred Education: Bachelor degree in relevant field (Business Administration)
Job duties include:
1- Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
2- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
3- Correspond to relevant emails.
4- Stock Monitoring and Control.
5- Fulfilling relevant administrative duties.
6- Handling petty cash for office supplies.
7- Make monthly reports for export / imports of stock.
8- Carry out other assigned tasks as required by business needs.

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Joining Date: Immediately after passing the job interview.
