Role Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating business leads, developing client relationships, preparing commercial proposals, and supporting overall business growth in the civil/Mechanical construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Client visits, follow-ups, and presentations.
• Promote company services and support marketing activities.
• Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for tendering and proposals.
• Maintain client records and sales reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/Mechanical construction sales and marketing.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driving license preferred.
