Professional Qualification
Mandatory: Valid FPI RTR Inspector Certificate.
Expertise & Skills Required
Thorough working knowledge of all phases and types of critical coating applications.
Aramco‑Certified Inspector with strong familiarity with ISO, ASME, ASTM, and SAES standards.
Proven ability to inspect materials, welding, fabrication, and installation processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Experience Requirements
University degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an RTR Inspector.
Experience in oil, gas, petrochemical, infrastructure, or communication sector projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance of Underground Piping Systems
Responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of underground piping systems, including RTR piping installations.
Inspection
Conduct thorough inspections of RTR and other underground piping systems.
Identify defects, non‑conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Material Verification
Verify that all materials (pipes, fittings, etc.) meet required specifications and approved standards.
Welding Inspection
Inspect welds to ensure compliance with approved WPS, project requirements, and industry standards.
Fabrication & Installation Oversight
Monitor fabrication and installation activities.
Ensure proper alignment, support, and adherence to project drawings and specifications.
Documentation
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non‑conformities.
Ensure all documentation is complete, traceable, and compliant with QA/QC procedures.
Reporting
Prepare detailed inspection reports.
Communicate findings and issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
Compliance
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Coordination
Collaborate with engineers, welders, NDT technicians, and other project personnel to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of work
