Prepare detailed technical drawings for kitchen equipment layouts and MEP coordination

Interpret architectural and engineering plans to create accurate shop drawings

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet project specifications

Ensure compliance with local standards and safety regulations

📌 Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience, specifically in kitchen or foodservice equipment

Proficient in AutoCAD (Solidwork or other BIM software a plus)

Strong understanding of kitchen workflow, utilities (electrical, plumbing, ventilation)

Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
