We are seeking your assistance in sourcing highly qualified candidates for the position of Recruiter based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are particularly interested in candidates with a proven track record in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in manpower outsourcing.
Please provide profiles of suitable candidates who meet the following criteria:
Relevant recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across diverse client industries, with a focus on mega manpower outsourcing in KSA.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure the best talent is matched with the right roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and recruitment regulations Research and identify reliable recruitment agencies and partners across different countries.
Evaluate agency performance, compliance, and credibility before onboarding.
Coordinate and onboard selected agencies, ensuring they fully understand company standards, requirements, and recruitment procedures.
Maintain continuous communication with international recruitment partners to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Requirements:
Proven experience with leading manpower outsourcing companies in Saudi Arabia will be an advantage
Strong understanding of domestic and business sectors within the Kingdom
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
MBA or HR Diploma preferred
Age: 30–35 years (Male or Female)
Nationality: Indian or Pakistani
