Job Title: Work Permit Receiver (WPR) – Petrochemical Plant Project

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Work Permit Receiver (WPR) to join our team for a petrochemical plant project in Saudi Arabia. The candidate must have experience working in industrial or construction environments and be familiar with safety procedures and permit systems.

Responsibilities:

Receive and review work permits before starting any job at the worksite.

Ensure all safety requirements and precautions mentioned in the permit are implemented.

Coordinate with the Permit Issuer and site supervisors before commencing work.

Conduct toolbox talks with workers regarding permit conditions and job hazards.

Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Stop work if unsafe conditions arise and report to the supervisor immediately.

Ensure proper closure of permits after completion of work.

Maintain communication between the work crew and permit issuer.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years experience as WPR or in construction/petrochemical projects.

Knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) system.

Familiar with safety procedures in industrial plants.

Ability to communicate in English (Arabic is a plus).

Must be responsible and safety-conscious.

Preferred:

Experience in SABIC / Aramco / Petrochemical plants.

Safety training or certification.
