Administrative Coordinator – Riyadh (Immediate Requirement)
We are currently hiring a Female Administrative Coordinator for a well-established Sports & Wellness company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Nationality Preference: Indian or Filipino
Location: Riyadh

Role Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator will support daily office operations, HR documentation, coordination with departments, and general administrative tasks. The role requires strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Office administration and documentation
• HR coordination and employee records
• Support in visa and government documentation processes
• Payroll coordination support
• Internal team communication and scheduling
• Basic reporting and Excel usage
Requirements:
• Female candidate (as per client requirement)
• Indian or Filipino nationality preferred
• Currently in KSA with transferable Iqama preferred
• 1–3 years administrative experience
• Good English communication skills
• Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred
Compensation:
• Basic salary: SAR 3,000 per month
• Housing allowance: 25% of basic OR company accommodation
• Transportation allowance: 10% of basic
• Additional performance-based bonus as per company policy
