Area Manager For Cafes

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate daily operations across assigned locations
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Monitor inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes.

Sales & Performance
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the region
Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Develop and execute local business plans.

Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop store/branch managers and staff
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Experience
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain brand standards and service quality.

Financial Management
Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability of the area
Monitor financial reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Reporting & Communication
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Marketing, Finance)
Ensure effective communication across all locations.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven experience in a managerial role (multi-unit management preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple locations and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
