Business Development Manager (Commission-Based Only)

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Preferred: Indian Nationality

Requirements
1) Professional experience in business development of manpower supply for the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
2) Proven ability to secure manpower contracts for shutdowns, turnarounds (TA), maintenance, and long-term projects.
3) Strong network with major clients such as SABIC, TASNEE, Saudi Chevron Phillips (SCP), Sipchem etc..
4) Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for manpower services.
5) Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Compensation
Commission-Based Only (No Fixed Salary).
Attractive commission on every successfully awarded manpower contract.
