Business Development Manager / Commercial Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring – Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Identify new business opportunities and investment projects.
✅ Find suitable locations/land for businesses such as car wash centers, restaurants, workshops, and other ventures.
✅ Negotiate lease and rental agreements with property owners.
✅ Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
✅ Develop and execute business expansion strategies.
✅ Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Requirements: ✔ Experience in Business Development, Commercial Leasing, Real Estate, or a related field.
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✔ Good knowledge of the Saudi market.
✔ Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.

Note: Candidates must have a transferable Iqama and be eligible for transfer to our company.
