**Job Responsibilities:**

* Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information
* Make outbound calls and follow up with customers when required
* Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
* Maintain customer records and update information in the system
* Provide information about company products and services
* Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
* Achieve daily call quality and performance targets

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as a Call Centre Agent, Customer Service Representative, or Telecaller is an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
* Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Immediate joiners preferred
