Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle delivery drivers respectfully and maintain professionalism at all times. 2. Remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations. 3. Accurately complete daily cash transactions, including opening and closing the cash
register. 4. Inform management promptly about any wastage, canceled, or incorrect orders. 5. Upsell relevant items to clients and ensure every customer receives an invoice. 6. Keep the cashier station and surrounding work area neat, organized, and hygienic. 7. Accept and assign aggregator orders (e.g., Talabat, Jahez) without delays. 8. Ensure drinks and orders meet customer expectations before serving. 9. Serve all orders promptly and ensure all client requirements are fulfilled. 10. Demonstrate a spirit of teamwork and mutual respect with colleagues. 11. Attend work on time and adhere to attendance schedules. 12. Maintain company grooming and presentation standards at all times. 13. Cooperate with management and respond promptly to any communication or
operational instructions.
