Cathodic Protection (CP) Technician

The candidate should have sufficient practical and technical knowledge in the following areas:
• Cathodic Protection system installation and maintenance.
• Installation of anodes, test stations, junction boxes, cables, and related CP equipment.
• Troubleshooting of CP systems and identification of faults.
• CP system monitoring, testing, and data recording.
• Measurement of pipe-to-soil potential, current output, and other CP parameters.
• Rectifier/Transformer-Rectifier (TR) operation, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of impressed current and sacrificial anode CP systems.
