CNC Machine Operator - Joinery & Woodwork

Job Description:
We are seeking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator for our Joinery & Woodwork factory to operate CNC machines used in the production of cabinets, furniture, and other custom woodwork items.

IMPORTANT:
Experience operating CNC machines in joinery or woodwork manufacturing is mandatory. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CNC machines for cutting, drilling, and shaping wood materials.
Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
Load materials such as MDF, plywood, laminate, and solid wood into the machine.
Ensure accurate measurements and high-quality finishing of produced parts.
Perform basic machine setup, calibration, and maintenance.
Identify defects and report any production issues to the supervisor.
Follow workshop safety procedures and production schedules.

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of CNC machine operation experience in joinery or woodwork manufacturing.
Familiarity with CNC routing machines used for wood cutting and furniture production.
Ability to read shop drawings and machine programs.
Good attention to detail and understanding of wood materials.
Ability to work in a factory/workshop environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CNC programming software such as AlphaCAM, ArtCAM, or similar.
Experience in interior fit-out or furniture manufacturing.
