Commis Chef – Indian Restaurant

A well-established Indian restaurant In (Riyadh – Saudi Arabia) looking to hire a motivated Commis Chef to join the kitchen team.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Indian restaurants.
• Good knowledge of basic Indian kitchen preparation and cooking methods.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• English language skills are important.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients and daily mise en place.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow food quality and safety standards.
