Dry Fruit Packing Helper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hygiene-conscious Dry Fruit Packing Helper to join our food processing and packaging team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, weighing, sealing, and labeling various nuts, dried fruits, and trail mixes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sorting and Quality Inspection: Inspect incoming bulk dry fruits and nuts to remove foreign particles, discolored items, or damaged pieces prior to packaging.
2. Weighing and Portioning: Accurately measure and weigh specific quantities of dry fruits into pouches, jars, trays, or boxes based on product specifications.
3. Packaging and Sealing: Fill, seal, and vacuum-pack pouches or containers using heat sealers, nitrogen flushing machines, or manual packaging equipment.
4. Labeling and Dating: Affix stickers, price tags, batch numbers, nutritional details, and manufacturing/expiry dates onto packed containers.
5. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize packing tables, weighing scales, scoops, and storage bins regularly to prevent contamination and maintain food safety standards.
6. Carton Packing and Stocking: Stack packed goods into master cartons, apply shipping labels, palletize finished stock, and transfer items to the storage warehouse.

Monthly Salary: AED 2000 – AED 3000
