Entry Clerk – Procurement Department (Female)
We are currently seeking a Female Data Entry Clerk to join our Procurement Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update procurement-related data accurately in the system.
Maintain records of purchase orders, quotations, and supplier information.
Verify data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
Assist the procurement team with administrative and reporting tasks.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
Requirements:
Female candidate.
Currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Available to join immediately.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in data entry, administration, or procurement support is an advantage.
