Job Opportunity: Estimator (Transfer Basis)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our company on a transfer basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project estimation and bidding processes, with the ability to deliver accurate cost assessments and support successful project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on drawings, specifications, and scope of work
Handle complete bidding processes, including tender preparation and submission
Analyze project requirements and identify cost factors
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
Review contracts and ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in construction/engineering projects
Strong knowledge of bidding and tendering procedures
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Transferable Iqama required
