Hiring FM Manager Stadium Sports

Dear All,
We are hiring an experienced FM Manager with a strong background in handling sports stadium projects and large-scale venue operations for one of our reputed clients based in Jeddah.
Position: FM Manager
Location: Jeddah
Joining: Immediate joiners only (within 2–3 days after selection)
Iqama: Must be transferable
Job Responsibilities / Scope
Oversee FM operations and assignments from start to finish, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and as per required quality standards
Manage installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems
Handle retrofit and renovation works
Ensure effective facility operations with sound knowledge of CAFM systems
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Manage and maintain large-scale facilities such as sports stadiums, arenas, or similar high-footfall environments
Ensure smooth operations during events, including coordination for crowd management and critical system readiness
Educational Qualification
B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering
Experience
Minimum 5 years of mandatory experience in the FM industry
Preferred: 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) with MEP systems
Strong preference for candidates with experience in sports stadiums or large public venues
Salary & Benefits
SAR 10,000 – 12,000 (based on experience and interview performance)

Only candidates with relevant FM experience in MEP systems will be considered
