HR And Admin Officer

Jeddah, Makkah Province, Saudi Arabia

We need an HR and Admin officer for one of our office located in Alkhumra, Jeddah.

Ideal candidate is expected to

Manage local HR portals including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Muqeem.
Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate onboarding, employee files, contracts, and Iqama issues.
Assist with performance evaluations, timesheet management, and payroll processing.
Handle employee requests, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Oversee office maintenance, supplies, inventory, and equipment.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and company documentation
Arrange travel, air tickets, and hotel bookings for employees.
Coordinate vendor contracts, service agreements, and petty cash.

Candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, Urdu is a plus.

Salary range 2500-3000 SAR
Accommodation will be provided by employer
