HR Coordinator
Looking for HR Coordinator for Hawaiyah project. Candidate must have at least 4 Years of experience as HR Coordinator. Candidate can be from India, Pakistan or Philippine.
Responsibilities:
Employee Records & Administration:
1. Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical)
2. Ensure HR databases are accurate and up to date
3. Handle documentation like, visas, and IDs
4. Track employee attendance, leave, and benefits
HR Operations Support:
1. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
2. Support performance review processes
3. Help implement HR policies and procedures
4. Respond to employee inquiries about HR-related topics
Compliance & Reporting:
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
2. Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.)
3. Assist with audits and internal reviews
Employee Engagement:
1. Help organize training sessions and workshops
2. Coordinate company events and employee activities
3. Support initiatives to improve workplace culture
Communication & Coordination:
1. Act as a point of contact between employees and HR management
2. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and HR events
