Indian Head Chef – Indian Restaurant

A well-established Indian restaurant in (Riyadh – Saudi Arabia) is looking to hire an experienced Head Chef to join the team.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia working in Indian restaurants.
• Strong previous kitchen experience before becoming a Head Chef.
• Professional knowledge of authentic Indian cuisine.
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and daily operations.
• Good understanding of food quality, hygiene standards, cost control, and waste management.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Full supervision of kitchen operations and staff.
• Maintain and improve food quality and consistency.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and food costs.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
• Train and develop kitchen team members.
