WE ARE HIRING – INDUSTRIAL CATERING MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Industrial Catering Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily catering operations for industrial sites/camps
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Manage kitchen, catering, and service teams
• Control food costs, purchasing, inventory, and wastage
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and relevant food safety standards
• Maintain excellent client and employee relations
• Monitor budgets, staffing, productivity, and operational performance
• Handle client requirements and resolve operational issues effectively

🔹 Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in industrial catering / camp catering
✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✅ Good knowledge of food safety and HACCP
✅ Experience managing large-volume catering operations
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Saudi Arabia experience preferred
✅ Ability to work in an industrial/site environment
