Job Title: Technical Coordinator (Document Control, Bidding & Compliance – Coatings Indust
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator with strong expertise in document control, project bidding, and audit compliance, specifically within the coatings and construction chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing technical documentation, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all technical documentation (TDS, MSDS, method statements, certifications, compliance reports)
Prepare, review, and compile documents for project bidding and tender submissions
Coordinate with technical, sales, and procurement teams for accurate bid documentation
Prepare technical submittals and approvals for coating systems (PU, epoxy, waterproofing, etc.)
Liaise with clients, consultants, and certification bodies for document approvals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Chemistry / Construction Management or related field
